Last week we saw the arrival of peaches, Padrone and green peppers, and purple potatoes at the market. There will also continue to cucumbers, green beans, carrots, corn, squash, blackberries, and several varieties of tomatoes. This will be the last week for pie cherries, so make sure to pick them up if you’ve been craving cherry pie.

Portland Waldorf School will be on hand to assist children in making felt butterflies. Located on a beautiful 7.2 acre campus in downtown Milwaukie, Portland Waldorf School is a pre-k through 12th grade school with a mission to educate children for the whole of life.
From 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Leah and Steve Band will cover a wide variety of musical genres including but not limited to R&B, Rock, Pop, and Country by adding in their own interpretation to covers and original music.
Pride of Portland Chorus is the premier women’s a cappella chorus of the Pacific Northwest and is a chapter of Sweet Adelines International. They are a non-profit that draws members from all Portland neighborhoods.
